As everything is energy, so any kind of pain is also an energy and thus all painful thoughts, experiences and memories are also energy.
The methods or process used to clear pain is called energy clearing, means clearing the energy that is influencing your current life in any way and thus is affecting your decisions and choices going forward.
In order to get get into harmonious union with your twin, you can also use energy clearing in other ways like:
To clear Sadness and heal the reason for sadness,
To clear Any commitments or promises that you have done to others which cannot be fulfilled, which otherwise would take many life times to get cleared.
To clear Negative attachments
To clear any foreign energy between you and your twin,
To clear Any negativity that you are feeling from your twin,
To get guidance from your spirit guides and soul of your twin that can help you resolve issues in your life quickly.
To help awaken your unawakened twin.
And finally to have soul merge on at least spirit plane, so that there is no more pain left.
In short, energy clearing can be used to heal any issues that are affecting your current life due to current or past negative experiences.

Is it sitting quietly with eyes closed called meditation?
Is focusing on a single object called meditation?
Stages of meditation
Meditation or inner work is a very commonly used word these days.
Let’s understand what are the Stages of meditation.
Meditation is another name for Dhayana.
In our day-to-day life, when we do some carelessness, then our father or mother or others will say Be focused(“Dhayan se Karo”), or Where is your focus(“Dhayan Kaha hai tuhara”) or You are not focusing(“Dhayan nahi de reha”).
So what is this Dhayan that people are referring to?
What is the way to give more Dhayana?
Are Meditation and Dhayan the same?
Patanjali yoga sutra
Let’s get to know what Sage Patanjali wrote in ‘Patanjali yoga sutra’ about the Stages of meditation.
Sage Patanjali documented everything about yoga in a document named “Patanjali yoga sutra”.
‘Patanjali yoga sutra’ says that yoga has eight steps and thus yoga is known as Ashtanga yoga.
These eight steps are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.
As we can see that in yoga, Dhayan or meditation is mentioned as the 7th step.
Do you think it is worth to know that, what are the six steps that come before Meditation?
Do you think it is worth knowing that what we are practicing is really meditation or is it some kind of hallucination?
Do you think it is worth to know that how much time should we spend in meditation daily so that we also maintain a balance with the outside world to do our daily tasks, and activities, and between our spiritual life?
If yes then let’s first discuss briefly the eight steps of Ashtang yoga.
Yama
The first in the Stages of meditation is Yama, which deals with one’s ethical standards and sense of integrity, focusing on our behavior and how we conduct ourselves in life. The five Yamas are:
Ahimsa: nonviolence
Satya: truthfulness
Asteya: nonstealing
Brahmacharya: continence
Aparigraha: non-possessiveness
Don’t worry, we will not ask you to follow Yama.
Niyama
Next in the Stages of meditation is Niyama, which deals with self-discipline and spiritual observance.
The five Niyamas are:
Saucha: cleanliness
Santosa: contentment
Tapas: heat; spiritual austerities
Svadhyaya: a study of the sacred scriptures and of one’s self
Isvara pranidhana: surrender to God
Don’t worry, We will also not ask you to follow Niyama.
Asana
Next in the Stages of meditation is Asana, which is the posture practiced in yoga.
In the yogic view, the body is a temple of spirit, the care of which is an important stage of our spiritual growth.
Through the practice of asanas, we develop the habit of discipline and the ability to concentrate, both of which are necessary for meditation.
Many people who contact us have a similar problem in their life that they can not continue to follow anything for longer periods with dedication and consistency.
This 3rd step of Ashtang yoga i.e. Asana is required to follow by you.
We will only ask you to do 5 to 10 mins of asanas.
Pranayama
Next in the Stages of meditation is Pranayama, which is generally translated as breath control.
This fourth stage consists of techniques designed to gain mastery over the respiratory process while recognizing the connection between the breath, the mind, and the emotions.
Initially, the major focus is on Pranayama to build your breathing capacity. Then gradually its duration is decreased.
These first four Stages of meditation of Patanjali’s ashtanga yoga concentrate on refining our personalities, gaining mastery over the body, and developing an energetic awareness of ourselves, all of which prepare us for the second half of this journey, which deals with the senses, the mind, and attaining a higher state of consciousness.
Pratyahara
Next in the Stages of meditation is Pratyahara, which means withdrawal or sensory transcendence.
It is during this stage that we make the conscious effort to draw our awareness away from the external world and outside stimuli.
Keenly aware of, yet cultivating a detachment from, our senses, we direct our attention internally.
The practice of pratyahara provides us with an opportunity to step back and take a look at ourselves.
This withdrawal allows us to objectively observe our cravings: habits that are perhaps detrimental to our physical, mental, and emotional health and which likely interfere with our inner growth.
Note: This is the major part that we teach.
Dharana
As each stage prepares us for the next, the practice of pratyahara creates the setting for Dharana or concentration.
Having relieved ourselves of outside distractions, we can now deal with the distractions of the mind itself.
No easy task! In the practice of concentration, which precedes meditation, we learn how to slow down the thinking process by concentrating on a single mental object: a specific energetic center in the body, an image of a deity, or the silent repetition of a sound.
We, of course, have already begun to develop our powers of concentration in the previous three stages of posture, breath control, and withdrawal of the senses.
In asana and pranayama, although we pay attention to our actions, our attention travels.
Our focus constantly shifts as we fine-tune the many nuances of any particular posture or breathing technique.
In pratyahara we become self-observant; now, in Dharana, we focus our attention on a single point. Extended periods of concentration naturally lead to meditation.
Dhyana
Meditation(Dhyana), the seventh stage, is the uninterrupted flow of concentration.
Although concentration (Dharana) and meditation (dhyana) may appear to be one and the same, a fine line of distinction exists between these two stages.
Where Dharana practices one-pointed attention, dhyana is ultimately a state of being keenly aware without focus.
At this stage, the mind has been quieted, and in the stillness, it produces few or no thoughts at all.
The strength and stamina it takes to reach this state of stillness are quite impressive. But don’t give up. While this may seem difficult, it is not an impossible task, remember that yoga is a process.
Even if we are unable to reach Dhyana, still know that every stage of Ashtang yoga has its own benefits.
We would like to add here “Koi Mai ka laal aapko Dhayan karna nahi sikha sakta, Dhayan khud ghatit hota hai” i.e. No one can teach you how to meditate, meditation happens on its own. A teacher can only teach you steps to meditation.
The less we talk about it the better.
Samadhi
Patanjali describes this eighth and final stage of ashtanga, samadhi, as a state of ecstasy.
We will not talk much about this stage yet as this is out of the scope of this post.
When you will reach this stage, you will know.
Summary
So all we want to say is that if you are already doing meditation then understand what you are currently following in your meditation practices.
And make sure that you are not missing any intermediate steps that lead to meditation. Otherwise, it could just be a confusing journey for you.
If you are being guided by a teacher or a guru, get to know more about what stage are you following.
If you are doing it without any teacher, just by following YouTube, then maybe it will be better to find a teacher who can make the process more efficient.

How Twin Flames are connected?
Let’s first see how twin flames are connected.
On the left side of this picture, we can see that the male twin’s higher self is always present with the physical female twin.
And on the right side, we can see that the female twin’s higher self is always connected with the physical male twin.
And higher selves of both of them are always connected with an energetic cord that is connecting their hearts or heart chakra.
What are energetic cords?
Let’s discuss a bit about energetic cords.
Energetic cords are like channels from which energy flows.
An energy cord is created when we get into any kind of relationship with anyone.
For example, close relations like family or romantic relations, less close ones like office colleagues, boss, further less close ones like shopkeepers, etc.
And energy tends to flow between these cords from the person who is in a higher energy state to a person who is in a lower energy state.
Also know that energetic cords can be cut with intention so that if someone is draining your energy then you can cut the energy cord with them.
This also means that you can get free from the energy of all your past lovers that you are still carrying around and other negative connections.
In other words, we can say that YES! it is possible to forget your past relations.
We don’t need to cut positive cords as they uplift you.
So, All the energy cords can be cut but there is only one cord in this universe that we cannot cut. And that is the cord between the heart centers of the higher self of you and your twin.
Can you forget your twin flame?
So Can you forget your twin flame, accept their separation, and just move on?
Ask yourself, can you really break free from a part of yourself?
Sure, with time, it can become suppressed or dormant, but you can’t just cut it out of yourself.
You were one, before your birth, and no force of nature can break that union. It’s futile to hide or run away from your twin flame partner.
We try to run from ourselves our whole life, but where does it get us?
Do we succeed?
Does it give us peace? No!
We are creatures of mediocrity who are running from everything that remotely disturbs our peace. We only pacify our demons, when we embrace ourselves.
And Twin flame is just a piece of us that scattered away and just waiting to be found again.
It won’t matter what you want or what your will is. A soul contract binds you, and you have to fulfill it at all costs.
Once we have met our TF in the 3d, we have forever reconnected through a cord of energy from our heart chakras.
The Twin flames’ lives are forever changed. It is home, it is what we have missed and craved our entire lives.
Advice for Separation
Understand that you are not in the separation phase, you are in the preparation phase.
For example, when a couple is about to get married they stay separate for some time before the day of their marriage in order to complete the preparation for the ceremony.
Similarly, this time while you are away from your twin is time to prepare yourself for the cosmic marriage with your cosmic partner.
So use this time to delve into the inner connection between you and your Twin.
Learn the lesson that separation is an illusion, and you will open up to coming together once again.
Summary
At times, it might seem that this soul contract and the twin flame union are destroying you, and leaving you in a state of dismay.
But with time, you’ll understand that all of this was for your betterment.
In Mahabharata, Arjuna tells lord Krishna that he doesn’t want to fight his relatives on the other side. He wants to leave this kingdom and go to the forest and meditate for the rest of his life.
To this, Lord Krishna replies,
How can you leave something that is not even yours? First, fight and get this kingdom and then decide whether you want to keep it or leave it. Until you have it, you are just running away from the mission at hand.
We mean to say that with inner work, first achieve harmonious union with your twin, then you can decide whether you want to keep your twin flame in your life or you want to forget him/her.
If you are trying to forget your twin flame without doing your inner work, then you are just running away from the mission at hand.
Listening to others
And instead of listening to our intuitions, we listen to the opinions of our friends, family, healers, tarot card readers, astrologers, spiritual gurus, or other authority figures who have never submerged themselves in a twin flame relationship.
How many of you are there who have been guided by your intuition to read this post, but you still want confirmation that whether that person is your twin or not?
Your heart compass will always point in the direction of your twin flame. Follow your heart, and find your truth, instead of falling prey to the skepticism of the world.
Never settle for something mediocre! The pursuit of love is demanding. It is never easy.

And we all know that PAIN is the only catalyst that promotes change.
So now your twin flame is acting in a way to hurt you.
The intention behind their actions is that with this pain, you will start your inner work so that you can remember all your wisdom and then help your twin flame in awakening.

It’s a kind of desperate call from your twin flame’s soul to you, to start the process of the union by taking some steps.
But due to conditioning, you are more concerned by the current issues in your life, like I am married, I have kids or I have someone else in my life, etc.
Yes, With your current understanding of life, these doubts are correct.
And the only way to come out of your doubts is to start inner work to move ahead on the path of twin flame awakening and thus remember your wisdom and knowledge and laws of the universe.
What is twin flame awakening?
First, Let’s take an example.
Imagine that you are sleeping in a room and someone comes to wake you up in the middle of your sleep.
Would you feel very pleasant?
Would you get up immediately or would you need some time to get back to your senses?
Usually, it takes some time to fully wake up and then get into daily business.
Twin flame awakening is also like this.
Twin flame awakening is not something that happens overnight like you were ignorant till yesterday and now you remember everything today.
You, who had forgotten everything when you took birth on earth, are being pushed now to remember everything.
Earlier you were interacting with your twin flame in an unawakened state.
Only when your twin flame gave you pain that your twin flame awakening started to begin.
This process is slow. It’s not like your twin flame started to ignore you or gave you some pain and you will remember everything after that.
Now it’s your effort that how much work you are willing to put into your awakening in the form of inner work.
If you are only focusing on watching videos and listening to lectures, then it will only feed your intellect.
Until you experience this knowledge by doing some inner work, it will remain just a story for you.
For example, everyone knows that god exists, but until you experience the presence of god, it’s merely an idea.
So twin flame awakening is a slow and gradual process, with which your memories of higher dimensions and spirit world and your wisdom are restored.
And as you get awakened, your soul mission gets revealed to you as well.
Old World thinking
This question and situation come from a mentality of separation.
It shows that you’re still clinging to outdated beliefs that divide people into “you vs me,” “them vs us,” “women vs men,” and so on.
When you start to live at a higher vibration, you’ll start to see this for yourself.
So will I get my payback?
The universe is built on balance, so even if you’re putting in all the effort in one situation, you’ll eventually receive your reward in another.
This is how the universe operates.
So, if you’re going through a rough patch now, things will get better.
The universe strives to bring balance to everything, and nothing remains unbalanced.
By letting go of your frustration in this situation, you open the door for the universe to repay you for your efforts.

Masculine and feminine souls
In previous videos we learned that a soul gets split into two half’s in 4th realm of spirit world.
These two parts of a souls, which we also know as twin flames or Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, were created in a way that one soul had dominant masculine characteristics, while feminine characteristics were dormant and other soul had dominant feminine characteristics while masculine characteristics were dormant.
We are not saying that a soul have a gender, instead it have dominant characteristics which gives it a polarity that makes it either Divine Masculine or Divine Feminine polarity soul.
Next these souls come to earth and they choose bodies for them self.
As we come to this planet by forgetting everything, so we have to go through the process of awakening to reach our Divine Masculine or Divine Feminine self.
Male with female energy and female with male energy
So one question can be that does Divine Masculine characteristics dominant soul chooses male body and Divine Feminine characteristics dominant soul chooses female body?
A soul can choose any body(biological male or female), depending on the lessons it chooses to learn in this birth.
So a Divine Masculine soul can come in male body or a female body.
Similarly, a Divine Feminine characteristic soul can come in female body or male body.
We all have a combination of energies, at varying degrees.
A male can be of a predominately “feminine” energy and a woman of a predominately “masculine” energy, even without this affecting their sexuality (they can still be heterosexual).
If you think about it, We are sure you have female friends or family members who are more or less “feminine” than each other, and male friends or family members who are more or less “masculine” than each other.
It means, all females are not equally feminine & all males are not equally masculine.
If you believe in reincarnation, we have all been both women and men and various ethnicity throughout existence.
Can twin flame have same sex?
There is nothing dictating that a Twin Flame couple or any other couple, must be a woman and a man.
As we have our conditioning from our childhood, similarly our society is also conditioned that things should happen in particular way, e.g. romantic love can only happen between man and women.
Twin Flames have also come to break these conditioning of the society and to teach that loves can happen in any form.
Twin flames are here on earth to break open old patterns around love and to teach the value of unconditional love by example.
So twin flames can choose bodies in any combination. It means
Divine Masculine soul can take male body and Divine Feminine soul can take female body
OR Divine Masculine soul can take male body and Divine Feminine soul can take male body
OR Divine Masculine soul can take female body and Divine Feminine soul can take male body
OR Divine Masculine soul can take female body and Divine Feminine soul can take female body .
When these two souls will meet on earth in a body, there energy will create sparks between them and then they will get into this question that how they are attracted to same gender person i.e. female is getting attracted towards female or male is attracted towards male twin flame.
In previous videos we discussed that attraction between twin flames is unimaginable.
And this situation will force twin flames to start there journey to know the spiritual truth of what is happening with them.
How to manage same sex twin flames journey?
So lets assume that you both are females, and there are some outside problems in your union.
Its not easily acceptably here that two females are in a relation so to remove these barriers, you will have to do inner work.
Inner work will remove all these barriers and thus you create an example for others that love is beyond gender.
And you will certainly help other twin flames going through same process.
Most of humans i.e. Souls with bodies, are either dominant masculine characteristic or dominant feminine characteristics.
A general misconception is that women are more emotional then man.
And a famous quote is “Male do not feel pain”.
This is due to the conditioning a male gets during their upbringing in which they learn to suppress their emotions. E.g. if you are a male then
For Men, its shameful to cry,
Men can’t act weak,
Men can’t act confused,
Men are head of the family and a head of family can never take wrong decisions.
On the other hand female has been conditioned to look for love and approval, outside from others.
Does each soul have masculine and feminine energy?
Normally a masculine soul have dominant masculine characters but at the same time they do have feminine characters as well i.e. a masculine soul do have intuition, but its very less, similarly for other characteristics like compassion, creativity.
And a feminine soul have dominant feminine characteristics but at the same time have masculine characteristics as well E.g. decision making, logic, focus, etc.
Normally a male and female gets attracted towards each other because both feel a sense of completion when they are together.
How inner work can helps?
When we do inner work, our dormant characteristics starts to increase.
For example, if you are a female and you feel that you have less focus, logic or decision making abilities, then with inner work, your these abilities will increase, and then you wont feel the need to have man around to help you make decisions.
This will make you independent physically, mentally and emotionally.
You will be able to do all your work your self, in a way you like.
And thus you will be able to take better decisions and your life will become complete in itself.
If you are a soul with more masculine characteristics then with inner work, your intuition, creativity, expressiveness, compassion will increase. And thus your life will become complete in itself.
When this happens then there is no desperation left to find someone who can complete you.
And you must have experienced that when there is no desperation then our desires manifests more easily at super fast speed.
Now as you are complete in yourself then there is no insecurity that what will happen if your partner or twin flame leaves you.
Now everyone will become same for you whether it is your parents, friends, partner, kids or any one else, as you are not dependent on anyone.
As now you are independent from everyone, so you are also independent and detached from your twin flame.
And this is the time when your twin will start to migrate towards you as you are complete in yourself.
One who is complete in itself is stable and calm and thus every one gets attracted towards that person.
So as we do our inner work and balance our characteristics, our life becomes a balanced and healthy life and our twin also find way back to us.
This is the moment when we don’t need our twin flame any more.
A twin feels this for his other half that:
“I am joyful even if you are not around, your presence only increase my joy to another level”
Summary
So in summary, all you have to do is to balance your masculine and feminine characters and become whole in yourself again i.e. become Divine Masculine or Divine Feminine.
If you are wondering whether you are Divine Masculine or Divine Feminine, then all we have to say is that its good to know your polarity to understand your current behaviors as compared to other same gender people, But what’s more important is to start doing the inner work, which is going to balance both polarities inside you and thus will attract union with your twin flame on all levels, with highest good of all involved.

What is Loneliness?
Loneliness is a huge problem today.
Loneliness is one of the things that can lead to unhappiness and depression. Even though people have families, they still feel lonely. Lets see few cases here.
First case is where you are single and thus its very obvious that you are looking for someone to complete you.

Third case is that you are happily married and have kids and you have parent as well, means there are no issues in your marriage, but still you feel an incompleteness and thus you are looking for someone or something to complete you.
These are signs of Loneliness.
How to confirm Loneliness?
Well, if you cannot sit alone in one place for lets say 30 mins to an hour while doing nothing then it means that you are afraid of being lonely.
You might give a reason that you want to utilize your time well, but actually the reason is that you are afraid to sit with your self.
This is loneliness.
How to get out of Loneliness?
As most of us feels this way then, Why is there so much loneliness on Earth and How to get out of Loneliness?
There are two reasons for this feeling.
Reason 1 – You are not complete soul
First of all, you are not a complete soul on Earth.
As we discussed in previous videos about the concept of twin souls, you will realize that you are only half of a soul, and the loneliness you feel is a longing for your other half.
However, once you understand this, you must make sure that you achieve that sense of completion on Earth, as it is your test.
It is absolutely possible to feel complete on Earth by fulfilling your soul mission.
Once you discover your life’s true purpose, you will be at peace.
Feelings of emptiness arise when your subconscious mind tells you that you are not fulfilling your mission on Earth.
In previous videos we talked about doing your inner work.
Inner work will take you in direction of your soul mission and then you will always have a sense of completion.
I am trying to say that you can have a feeling of completion even without uniting with your twin flame.
The happiness of working on your soul mission will keep you in higher vibrations and this is when you wont need you twin flame
and then all external issues between you and your twin flame will resolve and you will be able to unite with your twin flame.
Reason 2 – longing for spirit world
Secondly, your subconscious mind knows that Earth is not your real home.
It longs for the spirit world, for the peace of higher Realms, and the company of your group souls and loved ones.
But, This should not be an excuse for you to feel discontent; to feel content is one of the greatest tests on Earth and that test must not be failed.
Do not wait for death to bring you peace.
To be at peace in the spirit world you must first learn to be at peace on Earth.
Loneliness is part of that battle and must be dealt with correctly.
What are your soul missions?
So next question can be that What is your mission on Earth?
God has given you a chance to do something wonderful on Earth: your Soul Mission.
Every human being wants life to be meaningful, and this happens when you find your Soul Mission which is a promise between your soul and God, an oath you took in the spirit world before coming to Earth.
Each human being has three missions.
To improve spiritually.
To selflessly serve others.
To use individual gifts and talents for the growth of others
Mission 1 – To raise yourself spiritually
You can realize your full potential as a spirit being in a physical body only when you change from within. So, Self-improvement is your first mission – to change and walk on the Godly Good Path no matter what the circumstances or obstacles in your life.
Godly good path means to be brave and simply do what is right, every single time.
Mission 2 – To do selfless service
Your second mission is that of Selfless Service. Service is the key to contentment.
There are many souls on Earth who are good people. They harm no one, lead simple, quiet lives with their families and fulfill their duties.
But These good souls souls are unaware of their true potential.
By simply fulfilling your duties, you do not progress spiritually. Such a person is not even halfway there.
Without inner work, you cannot reach your true potential and thus are not able to complete you mission.
You are on Earth as an instrument of God, to serve others silently.
Do the work without waiting for recognition. A light worker is a silent worker.
An instrument of God simply does what is right.
He overcomes darkness by way of his good deeds, and he does not speak of his good deeds; he does not even analyze them because that would lead to pride.
‘Selfless’ means to think less about what the self has done for others.
That is the meaning of true devotion to God. You serve God by serving others.
Mission 3 – Following your natural talents
Your third mission will be something you are naturally drawn towards and for which you have a great love. You have to discover it.
You can live your daily life working in an office or a factory, but no matter where you are, you can use your strengths to make a positive impact.
A positive impact is about inspiring someone, raising their spirit, and giving hope through small acts of kindness.
How to find your soul mission?
So next question can be that how to discover your soul mission?
You have to be on a good spiritual level to know your mission.
If you are on the wrong path, you are very far away from the first mission of self-improvement, so the question of service does not even arise.
E.g. – Lets say some one betrayed you. If you are unable to forgive them, then it means that you are unable to realize that everything happens under divine’s will.
By doing Inner work, you can reach a stage where you understand divine laws and thus finally able to forgive.
Your subconscious mind has to be open so that you will be able to recognize your mission.
If you are extremely logical and ignore your instinct, you are running away from your true purpose.
The physical mind can be a hindrance when it becomes too analytical.
E.g. – Do you think you can complete you mission without help from your spirit guides?
There help is vital and that can only be accessed through subconscious mind.
Your mission will be revealed to you only if you are ready for it.
If you know about it too soon, it may overwhelm you or make you proud.
You must be ready to accept the responsibility of that mission and be able to handle it.
E.g. – Lets say that your soul mission is to become the prime minister of your country some day.
If it is revealed to you today then you might get overwhelmed by this idea.
But if you are doing your inner work and polishing your dormant abilities then in time things will align and you will reach your goal.
Your level of commitment is vital. How dedicated are you to the inner work?
If you are consistent, and inner work is a priority in your life, you will be directed to your true purpose.
Sometimes, the efforts that we make to understand our missions are halfhearted, so we do not improve or make any progress.
E.g. – One cannot even get a fit body without commitment, so how do we expect to work on our soul mission without commitment.
You are a channel for God’s work on Earth; you can access guidance from the spirit world that would lead you to your mission and eventually help you accomplish it.
Does every soul have a purpose?
Every soul is born for a purpose, but that purpose will be revealed only when you have begun your inner work.
Once you discover that purpose and begin fulfilling your mission, you will be truly happy and at peace and there will be no loneliness.
And it all starts by the first step of starting your inner work.

Lord Krishna says that god does not need that man should recite his name or do any kind of spiritual practices.
By doing spiritual practices(inner work), a person is able to access its subconscious mind and thus is able to access his dormant memories, knowledge and wisdom.

Are twin flames highly evolved?
Twin flames are like those superheroes or Gods, who have forgotten their powers.
As we take birth on earth after forgetting everything, we are not able to recall our wisdom and knowledge.
And so we think our self as normal human beings and we also try to do the same as others are doing i.e. eat, drink and get married.
But, Twin flames have the Samskara that they can overcome these limitations of being a normal human being.
Rest of the humanity doesn’t even have this capability or permission to do this inner work.
You must have heard that we can not take God’s name without his permission.
Which souls can do higher practices?
Some spiritual sciences can help you awaken at a very fast speed, which means you can remember your knowledge and wisdom at a much faster pace.
Not everyone has access or permission to learn these sciences and tools.
Some of you are learning these tools, maybe from anywhere or from us in our Basic Inner Work 1 Program, and have tried to teach these to their family members.

Willingness – readiness to move ahead
Acceptance – Everything is acceptable
Reason – You start to realize that everything is happening under the divine’s will. We are not doing anything but the divine is getting it done through us.
Love – Unconditional love means you feel the same love for every entity, whether it’s your twin or anyone else.
Joy – Always joyful. Whatever happens in your outside circumstances, you are always joyful.
Peace – Always peaceful.
Enlightenment – Let’s not target it. I will only ask you to stay in peace or joy or Unconditional love.
And then you will find your twin beside you.
When do twin flames end up together?
If you are a chaser right now, then your twin will start to follow you and come to you, if you stay in these higher frequencies.
In the last few videos, we had mentioned doing inner work to move ahead in the union.
Whatever kind of inner work you are doing, if it’s helping you to stay between a frequency of 250 to 600 most of the time then understand that your inner work is working for you.
If you are fluctuating between the high-frequency zone and the low-frequency zone, then it means that you need to do more work.
And when you will be able to start staying in higher frequencies most of the time, then you will not ask this question when will I unite with my twin?
The most wonderful thing about twin flames is that the more you work on yourself, the more it will help and positively your twin flame because you two share the same energy as you two are the same soul.
