To me joining innerwork progrm1 was a fruitful experience.

Connecting with the pure souls in the form of teachers helps me in purifying my energies as well and developing a sense of fulfillment within.

One thing that I want to mention which I needed the most during my journey is to learn self control which I only be able to achieve through regular kriya practices.
