Positive Shift

I am practicing Shakti Kawach from last 6- 7 weeks and I have noticed some significant changes in me. First of all, my body flexibility has increased, my breath has become more subtle. Earlier I used to feel over activeness on my chakras and now it I feel the gentleness as it is rotates so smoothly. The experience is so amazing. It also helped me to increase my concentration. My vibration has increased a lot. I stay at a calmer state of mind most of the time and enjoying the quietness I am having within. I thank Ritu Mam for introducing me to Shakti Kawach.
