A balanced mother

Doing yoga with Ritu mam is like doing something with a balanced mother thodi si strict thodi si funny disciplined but with patience.. Working on the strength like emotional strength through yoga while taking care of weakness like joints, knee, back.. A mixture of spirituality, right posture, divine energy and of course fun.. Thanks for teaching me to love myself mam!
