सर में प्रशांत आप कें द्वारा शिकायें आसन प्राणायाम क्रिया सलग करनें से मन शांत और स्थिर होने लगा है। परिस्थिति कैसे भी हो मन शांत रखना है , बात करना और वर्तन सुधार होने लगा है। क्रोध के समय मैं मन संयमित रखकर सामने वाले व्यक्ति का कहना शांतिपूर्ण सुनकर लेना और उनके साथ म्रदु सकारात्मक व्यवहार करना अब जमने लगा हैं।

It's been more than a year and a half since I have learned the Inner Work Program. Initial upliftment is something we all experience depending upon how much dedication we have. But I would like to talk about how is it effective after a while. I feel so calm and content now. It's not that I am not getting triggered but I am able to handle it calmly and heal in a shorter period of time. Things still bothers but now I have many tool and the wisdom of how and where to use them. And about Param Sir and Ritu Mam..... All I have to say that, they know how to ignite the passion of each soul so that they make themselves capable to mend their broken heart and move ahead. Gratitude 🙏

After doing inner work 2 program learning higher kriyas, it purify me more and help me to stay in higher vibration with high confidence & clarity. Thank you Ritu mam and param sir for valuable guidance and unconditional love ❤️🙏🙏🙏

Basic inner work 2 me sikhai gai higher kriyas matlab apni twin flame union ki direction me ek step age badhna hai. Is course ki help se hi me har ek trigger, har ek pain, ur har ek emotion ko  heal kiya ja sakta hai, is baat ko deeply samjh payi. This paragraph won't be sufficient to express what I feel. Reading these as Words & having an Experience are two different things. Yes, you have landed in the very right space if you are going through unbearable pain & triggers in your Twin Flame Journey. Yes, you will be in the Hands of the right GURUS. You just have to share a word about your ongoing issues & that's enough for them to understand the entire Story & what's needed to HEAL you & guide you to get over it. For me, they are My Guardian Angels. Through the entire journey, you will get to know that the ONLY purpose they are Guiding you is to HEAL you & then to make you Self-Independent to Heal Yourself. Innerwork shuru krnese pehle meri life jaise stuck hui padi thi, magar innerwork join krne ke bad jaise meri life badal gayi hai. kriya aur tools ki madat se mai apne life ke emotions aur hurts heal kar pa rhi hu. iski vajhse mujhme bhot change aa rha hai, mai thankful hu sir,aaur ma'am ka ki aap jaise guru hame mile. innerworkse mere twin me bhi change dikh rha hai,wo pehle se jyada attract ho rha hai meri taraf. मैं परम सर और रितु मेम का जितना भी धन्यवाद दूँ वो कम होगा, नियति ने दस महीने पहले मुझे जिस निराशा, दुःख, शोक के भँवर में फँसा दिया था उससे निकलने का कोई मार्ग नहीं था मेरे पास . लेकिन शायद ईश्वर को मुझपे दया आ गयी और उन्होंने मेरा सम्पर्क इन दो फ़रिश्तों से करा दिया. सिर्फ़ चार महीने में ही मेरी लाइफ़ 360 डिग्री से घूम गयी लगती है. सर और मेम का इनर वर्क प्रोग्राम, लाइफ़ कोच कोर्स , जोईन किया जिसमें ऐसे टूल्स और टेकनिक के साथ प्रैक्टिस करायी गयी जिनसे ना की सिर्फ़ भावनात्मक रूप से बल्कि शारीरिक और आध्यात्मिक स्तर पर भी मुझे हील होने में बेहद मदद मिली. इनर वर्क क्लास ज्वाइन करने से मेरे शरीर, मन ,और आत्मा सभी पे एक साथ सकारात्मक बदलाव आये. आपका मार्गदर्शन सदैव मिलता रहे यही अपेक्षा है🙏

जब मै इनर वर्क प्रोग्राम से जुड़ी तब काफी परेशान ,कंफ्यूज और इमोशनल थी। इस इनर वर्क प्रोग्राम ने मुझे जीवन जीने का नया आयाम दिया। मै अपने सभी डर गुस्से चिंताओं लगाव से मुक्त होकर जीवन को नए उत्साह, खुशी ,अपने चॉइस वाली , अपने सपनों वाली ज़िन्दगी जीने के लिए अग्र सर हूं। मै अब किसी दूसरे पर निर्भर नहीं हूं मै अपने सही - गलत ,पसंद - नापसंद का चुनाव खुद करती हूं। किसी के जजमेंट का मुझपर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता है। मुझसे जुड़े लोग भी मेरे प्रति प्यार भरा नजरिया रखते है, मेरे बातों और निर्णयों में सहमत रहते है। मै प्यार पाने और प्यार देने के लिए पूरी तरह खुली हूं। मै अपने ट्विन - सोल को भी उनके डिसीजन लेने की आजादी देती हूं। मै अपने गुरु परम सर और रितु मैम की बहुत बहुत आभारी हूं। मै चाहती हूं उनका प्रेम और मार्गदर्शन हमेशा मिलते रहे।

My experience in my innerwork program has been very blissful. From a confused state to a blessed state. When I joined innerwork I was in a very obsessed energy towards my TF. Extremely chaotic situation. But as I started doing my kriya practices and healing tools everything started shifting. My fears, doubts, beliefs shattered and I am in all positive energies. I am connected to Divine powers. I was handling all the triggers with the help of tools given by our teachers. I became self sufficient and started loving myself. Understood the deeper meaning of twinflame journey and how to navigate in this journey. Ritu Mam and param sir are angels in our lives. I am full of Gratitude towards them. I pray to Divine that all the people who are on this Twinflame journey are guided to do this innerwork program and feel blessed 🙌
