Aim of Gratitude workshop
The Gratitude workshop titled “How to be Grateful for Pain” aims to provide attendees with an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the concept of gratitude and its practical application in life’s difficult and painful situations. Some of those situations are given below:

The highlight of this Workshop
One of the main features of the workshop is the Attunement from Maha Guru Yogi Buddhadeva, a highly respected and experienced teacher of spiritual practices.
Attunement helps participants connect with their inner selves and develop a sense of gratitude for all aspects of their lives, including the painful or challenging ones.

A: If you reside in a country like Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc., where sending fees to foreign countries is restricted, please contact us. We will examine your situation.
